The Motzz Laboratory, Inc. website (the “Site”) is a static, informational website. We do not operate accounts, e-commerce, or forms that submit information to us, and we do not directly collect, store, or sell personal information through this Site. The only data collected is the anonymous usage information gathered by Google Analytics, as described below.
Information We Do Not Collect
This Site does not include contact forms that send information to us, registration, logins, or payment processing. We do not ask you to submit names, email addresses, or other personal details to browse the Site. When you contact us by phone or email, any information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not gathered automatically by the Site.
Online Forms (Chain of Custody and Client Information)
Our online forms run entirely within your web browser. What you type is not transmitted to us or to any third party while you fill out the form. It is saved only in your browser’s local storage on your device so you can return to it later, and you can erase it at any time with the form’s “Start Over” button. Each form can produce a PDF and a “submission code” that contains the information you entered. We receive it only if you choose to email it to us (or include the form with your samples), and we use it only to set up your account and process your samples.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard, aggregated, and largely anonymous information, which may include:
- Pages visited and time spent on the Site
